These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clean.inc’s website, booking platform, and cleaning services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. SERVICES
Clean Solutions provides residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialized cleaning services in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. All Services are subject to availability and these Terms.
2. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
All bookings must be made via our website or authorized channels. A confirmation email (including service details, date, time, and price) will be sent upon successful booking. It is your responsibility to review and verify all details immediately.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Payment is processed only after completion of the booked Service. Quoted prices include all fees unless otherwise stated. Clean Solutions may adjust pricing for additional time, special requests, or conditions not disclosed at booking. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large or high-risk jobs.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment incur an $80 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur full payment. If our team arrives and no entry is provided, you agree to pay the full service fee.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide accurate property details, safe and unobstructed access, and disclose any hazards or special conditions. Remove valuables and fragile items before service. Failure to comply may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation, for which you remain liable.
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Service, notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos to support@clean.inc. We will re-perform affected areas at no additional charge. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion and limited to the amount paid for the original Service.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
CLEAN SOLUTIONS PROVIDES SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY—including, without limitation, any implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR TIMES.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEAN SOLUTIONS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clean Solutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your misrepresentation of property conditions.
10. ENTRY & ACCESS
You must ensure our teams have timely access to the property. This may require your presence, a lockbox code, key, or building access instructions. If access is denied, you remain responsible for full payment.
11. DAMAGE CLAIMS
Notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion of any alleged damage. We may request an inspection. Our liability for damage claims is limited to the cost of the affected service and excludes any consequential or incidental damages.
12. CONDUCT & SAFETY
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of our staff. Any abusive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service and full charge of booked Services.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Clean Solutions is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government orders, or utility failures.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Washington, D.C., under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our site. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clean Solutions regarding the Services.
